HFHC Ping - These are a few screenshots from our custom backend panel that managements appointments and allows us to send both manual and automatic text messages. If the "Accepts Reminder Texts?" is set to "No", it is impossible for all users to send text messages to the select client. This is also automatically set if the user replies with "STOP".

Script - Staff members verbally ask "Would you like to receive appointment reminders and clinic updates by text message from Holland Free Health Clinic?" before setting this option to "Yes".

Below are screenshots of this option during the process of adding a new client or editing a client's information on HFHC Ping. Upon notification of a staff member asking to opt in/out, their account on our panel will be updated accordingly.

​Consent is recorded here in the panel when viewing/editing client information. If ‘Accepts Reminder Texts?’ is set to No, the client cannot be messaged.

As shown above, the patient is unable to receive automated text messages if their consent is set to "No" - they can't even be set up when scheduling appointments or events. This is also automatically done if the client responds to the phone number with "STOP" or any other opt-out keywords.

Below are screenshots of simulated logs capturing when a user opts in and opts out of messaging. Although they are currently simulated, they are already interfaced with our backend panel and will be operational once the campaign is approved and our number is live. Each text that is sent is logged in our backend, producing one text file each, which can be indexed and tracked in order to tell when/how a user opts in and out to the campaign.

Below is the consent note that is added when a patient opts-in verbally through a needs assessment or any other visit to the clinic. These are manually logged on our panel and stored as such in our database for safekeeping:
