We offer free blood glucose testing and A1C testing to patients. We also offer free test strips, monitors, lancets to aid with diabetes management. If you have a goal to lose weight, control your blood sugar, or generally live healthier, we can provide relevant information and support to help you reach those goals. We want to come alongside you to help you become as healthy and energetic as possible.
Many of our diabetic patients also participate in the Pamper & Prayer Foot Care Clinic, which aides in the early detection and maintenance of foot conditions caused by diabetic neuropathy. Diabetic Support Groups are scheduled from 5:30pm - 6:30pm on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. For more information contact Brianna at [email protected]. |
