Thank you to Blue Cross Blue Shield for funding from Strengthening the Safety Net and Community Health Match Programs. The Community Health Matching Program has allowed us to make improvements within our Diabetic Education program.

Thanks to Delta Dental Brighter Futures Community Grant to help local underserved adults receive better access to dental care and education related to the importance of good oral health.

Patterson Foundation

Thank you to Patterson Foundation for $10,000 which will allow Holland Free Health Clinic to provide comprehensive dental care for our ever-growing Dental Program. This grant will also increase volunteer provider volume through a targeted marketing campaign, as well as develop stronger partnerships within the local dental community.
