PROGRAMS & SERVICES
Intake Assessments
ADMINISTRATION & SUPPORT
Intake Assessments
- Client Advocates: Outgoing individuals to receive training and meet one-on-one with those seeking services. Complete intake paperwork, conduct Needs Assessment and provide resources.
- Dental Providers: Licensed dentists, hygienists, and assistants to provide quality care to our patients at our clinic or your practice. Volunteer monthly, quarterly or as your schedule allows.
- Program Support: Administrative duties including scheduling, Medicaid billing, and data entry.
- Providers: Licensed optometrists and ophthalmologists to provide eye exams and treatment.
- Program Support: Administrative duties as well as clinical assistance.
- Diabetic Educators: RN's or health care background, to receive training and meet one-on-one with patients to help manage and improve their diabetes. Support group planning and coordination is also needed.
- Providers: Podiatrists, RN's, CNAs, or other qualified health background, to provide foot care and spiritual support during a monthly Thursday evening foot clinic.
- Program Support: Greeting and reception, and clinical assistance.
- Counselors: Therapists to provide emotional support through short term counseling at our clinic or your office.
- Program Support: Assistance with the coordination of hearing aides.
ADMINISTRATION & SUPPORT
- Marketing: Assistance with outreach - communications, social media, and graphic design.
- Grant Writing: Assistance with researching grants, writing, and reporting.
- Technology: Assistance with improving technological processes.
- Translation: Spanish translation, converting forms/documents, website, and phone system.
- Data Entry: Enter patient visit information into our electronic health record.
- Committees:
- Fundraising Event Planning - Spring campaign kickoff, Fall Halloween 5K run/walk
- Program Development - contribute to development, enhancements, and partnerships.

- Board of Directors: Advisement to achieve mission goals, strategic planning, and sustainability.
