The Holland Free Health Clinic provides or coordinates prescription medications, diabetic supplies, dental care, eye care/glasses and spiritual care.
These services are available for those qualify. To qualify for HFHC services, you must:

The Holland Free Health Clinic provides or coordinates prescription medications, diabetic supplies, dental care, eye care/glasses and spiritual care.
These services are available for those qualify. To qualify for HFHC services, you must:
- Have a physician in the Holland/Zeeland area (for the Medication Program)
- Live in the the Holland/Zeeland area (Dental Clinic)
- Have less than $5,000 (if single) or less than $10,000 (if married) in 401K, IRA, or bank accounts
- Have served less than 2 years in the military
- Have no health or dental insurance
- Meet HHS Poverty Guidelines:

| Eye Care
HFHC provides complete eye exams and free glasses to those who qualify. These exams are offered on Tuesdays by appointment only. Diabetics are offered eye checkups every six months.
Spiritual Care
HFHC works with local churches to get spiritual care for interested clients. The Clinic also offers its Pamper & Prayer Foot Clinic once a month. To learn more about these programs, visit our Faith webpage.
